    Hello Rystam,

The reason your site is down is because the subscription expired. Please contact your designer for assistance, the main account holder on your account must renew the subscription, and we can put your site back up.

    Hiya!

Did you add "www" and "@" to your GoDaddy DNS? These correspond with and without www on your Webydo dashboard. If you did and you are still getting the error please contact us on support@webydo.com and we will be happy to resolve this

    Hello,

Thank you for this suggestion, the best place to vote for features like this is our Participate page.
Here is a link to the specific post that is most relevant for you:

    http://participate.webydo.com/forums/191312-participate-vote/suggestions/7246437-ability-to-remove-old-styles-from-style-palette

In the meantime, what I always do if I have styles I don't use, I re-name them as Trash H1 or Trash P... that way when I know I need to make a new H1 styles, I can simply override the trash one. That way I don't end up with too many.

    Hello,

We have added buttons with many different rollover effects for just this purpose. We also have added a 3-D parallax effect that is controlled by rollover, as well as a lightbox element for pop-up windows.

We plan on adding advanced menu elements as well into the system that will allow for slide in menus and other advanced features.

We are always looking for new ways to grow. Thank you so much for your suggestions.

    Hello Dawn,

The placement of the Tidio plugin on your Webydo canvas does not change the position on the live site. The appearance of your chat window is based on your settings in your Tidio account.

Please refer to this article, to help you in designing and setting up the location of your chat window:

    Hello,

Yes this is still available and works perfectly.

When using this you send a payment request to your client - we collect the payment through the link - then add the payment to your Webydo dashboard.

You can withdraw this money at any time into your PayPal account.

If you have more questions about it, please let me know.

    Hi Blake,

When you click bill my client it allows you to specify an exact amount of money, an email address for your client and how often you want the payment to be sent out.
It sends a payment request email to you client with a link to the paying option.
Once they've paid it will appear on your Webydo dashboard and this can be transferred to your PayPal account

    :)

    Hello Aaron,

Unfortunately since the widget element is so large, and it must be on top of the other elements, there is not a solution I can think of that will allow your links to work unless they can be placed above your widget element.

If you want us to look into this further, please send us your SID and exactly where your widget is located on the site to support@webydo.com

    Thank you.

    Hello,

You can use the arrange tool, to set the elements (such as text elements) to sit above your widget element. That way yoru links will still be clickable.

The arrange tool is located in the Design Panel when you have your element selected.

    Abarrane,

The 3rd party solution that you use will let you know if the form is embeddable or not.
It means that all you need to do is copy and paste a chunk of code that they will write for you from their site onto your Webydo site.

For example, Wufoo does this for you.

As for links, you should not need to embed them at all. All of our elements allow you to add links to them.

Here is a link for more help on the matter:

    Hello Abarrane,

You are able to add CMS users to your website. We have the instructions for this here:

    http://knowledgebase.webydo.com/All-Articles-/63879778/Assign-CMS-User-Content-Manager-to-Website.htm

For adding in 3rd party forms, we have a few plugins already built into the system such as Wufoo. But you can always embed a different form using the HTML element that we have. (just make sure that the form is embeddable)

    I hope this helps!

    Hi Ines,

    Thanks for letting us know.
The first thing I would suggest is clearing your cache and cookies. If you don't know how to do this just write into Google "clear cache and cookies on Chrome". Chrome is an example - you will need to write in whichever browser you are using. Make sure you clear the cache and cookies when you are logged out of Webydo otherwise it won't work!
When you log back in, you should be able to enter the studio again. If you can't please let me know and tell me your site ID number and we will resolve it ASAP

    Hello,

    That should not be happening.

When moving or resizing elements on tablet and mobile the desktop should not be affected at all.

The only times the desktop will be affected are if there is a content change or a layer change.

For example, moving an image and making it smaller will not affect desktop. But if you add text to a text box, it will also add text to the desktop text box.

In regards to layers, elements must remain on the same layer. If an element is in content on desktop, it cannot touch the footer on a smaller breakpoint. It the element is moved into the footer at all, it will cause the element on desktop to also move into the footer.

If these are not the same scenarios you are experiencing, please contact our support department so that we may take a closer look.

    I hope this helps you.

    Hello Mel,

Our Iframe element does not have the option to be set fit to width automatically.

You can always add CSS code to your site, if you are familiar with it.

The code for that would be width: 100%

You will need to find the name of the element in the code of your site once published, as well as add an important tag to the CSS code you add so it overrides the current CSS code for the element.

Please consult with a coding expert if you are not familiar with writing code to make sure it's all correct and works exactly the way you want it to.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

When downloading a site, it will download the complete site into a zip file sent to your account a-mail.
If there is anything missing from the file, you can always contact support@webydo.com and request a new one, and we will download it and send it to you.

    Hello Paco,

I would like to clear some things up.

First of all, the form element (and all elements) will work when using the CMS feature we offer.
The reason that your form is showing an error message is because you have downloaded the form and it is no longer on our servers. This will also make the CMS feature unusable as well. As both are directly connected to the server we use.

Instead of running PHP code or adapting the form to work on your own server, I would suggest a much easier solution.

In Webydo, bring in a 3rd party form element. You can find them under Plugins or you can find one on your own and embed it using the HTML element. These forms will work once you re-export your site.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

    Hello,

There are three main steps to creating a one page website.

Step 1: Design and build your site
Step 2: Create your anchor links (set up where you want the site to scroll to when a link is clicked)
Step 3: Build your navigation (link your menu to your created anchor links)
