Thank you for your comment. I agree that it's something we should add to the platform.

In the meantime, I would suggest using a 3rd party form that is easily integrated into Webydo. We have some available in the Plugins section, or you can use the HTML element to simply copy and paste one in.

    Hello,

This is not something that we currently offer, however I will suggest this again to our product team.
Maybe this is something we can add in the future.

In the meantime, you are able to use a 3rd party form and embed it using the HTML element.
We also have a few 3rd party forms that can be found in the Plugin/Widget sections of the elements panels. These may have more options that you are looking for.

    Hello Aniela,

There are a number of ways to add a full background video to your site.

You can embed other videos onto your site and set them to be full width using our HTML element.

You can also save your videos as a gif and upload them into an Image Section element.

What you see on the Geek Design website is in fact our Video Element, he simply placed another shape element on top so that you cannot click to turn it off.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello,

The reason that most of the effects cause the image to dim, is because when dimmed it's easier to read the caption text.

The hover effects that reveal instead of having text overlay do not become transparent as you hover.

I would suggest trying out our Grid galleries. Within these we have an opacity hover effect, that does exactly what you are looking for.

You can change the color using the Design Panel.

Open the Fill section and choose your color.

    Hello,

I would suggest using a service like MailChimp for sending mass emails to your clients.

Let me know if you have any questions or if I misunderstood your question.

    Layers Panel 2.0!

Your Layers Panel just got a major revamp. You are now able to:
    - Reorder elements
    - Rename layers
    - Lock elements

In addition, icons were added so that you can easily find Anchor Links, pinned layers and parallax layers on your canvas.

Check out the full update here: http://knowledgebase.webydo.com/The-Design-Studio-/964681482/Layers-Panel.htm

    Hi there!

If you open the layers window (CTRL/CMD+L) you'll see that the site is divided into 3 areas - header, content and footer.
The header has lowest Z index, content in the middle and footer has highest Z index.

When an element touches two areas- it automatically belongs to the higher Z index option. For example: if an element is sitting between header and content area- it will belong to the content area.

Also, If one element is repeated on all pages and the other is regular- the repeated element will always be on top.

If you follow these rules then your arrange should work normally :)

    Hello Jack,

Thank you for this feedback. We are aware of the Bring to Front issue, and are working hard on developing a new system. We are going to update the layers window to work much like layers do in Photoshop. So you are able to click and drag the layers to be on top or on bottom. This should help a lot!

I hope this helps. We will update everyone once this feature is released.

    Hello Rachael,

Yes of course. This is what we call a CMS account.
You can add one to your site directly from your Dashboard. Click on the + New CMS for the site you want to add it to. Then simply fill in the details.

Please contact support@webydo.com for any more questions, and we will be happy to help.

    Hello Zaino,

Be sure to use our Fit to WIdth elements for anything larger than the default 960px.

If you are having something very specific, be sure to send the SID to support@webydo.com and we will be happy to assist you.

    Hello Aristo,

Thank you for your suggestions, I will pass this on to our product team. We are hoping to update our dashboard, and make it easier to sort sites so that deleting the wrong one doesn't happen.

In the meantime, we keep a backup on our end. So if you need ot receover a site, please send us the SID and we can restore it for you. (Backups are not kept forever, so please let us know ASAP to make sure we still have it on our server).

Exporting sites is possible, when you export you receive a zip file with everything you need to upload your site to another server. (HTML, CSS, Images...)

Exports are available on specific plans, please check with your account manager if your plan comes with exports.

For your last question, that's completely up to you. Some users choose to build the site, and hand it off. Others will continue to charge their clients a monthly or annual fee to continue maintenance on the site. We offer a full CMS option, so that you can provide your clients with access to their site.

Please contact support@webydo.com for more information on CMS.

I hope this answered all of your questions!

    Hello,

I do not know of any current sites using these widgets, however as long as they provide the proper embed code there should be no issue integrating the Real Estate Search onto the site.

Feel free to post on our Webydo Professionals Facebook page. It's the perfect place to ask this question.

Hello, currently the ability to rotate elements is not possible.
But I will suggest this to our product team. Perhaps this is something we can develop for a future release.

    Hello David,

Are you currently having a CMS user that is adding in pages to the site?

This is not an issue we have ever had before. But I will talk to our product team and see if it's something we should remove for CMS users in content mode.
