  1. Also posted to fb "community"...

A topic I think is important for this community (here on fb and on your company site's 'forum') is the issue of working with 'Software as a Subscription' in 'the cloud' versus working with 'SaaS' on the computer (the Adobe "Creative Cloud" concept).

MUCH of the frustration I continue to experience when working with your software via 'the cloud' is its chronic UN-responsiveness. The "hiccups" that occur almost-constantly! Examples? Double-click on text/text does not select... Click-and-drag an element within the 'design studio'/NOTHING happens... Sometimes a process or procedure works/sometimes that exact, same process DOES NOT... Log in for a new…

  2. I want to create a resource page for my clients to log into that will have items I don't want the general public to see.

I read you are creating a members only feature. When will it be complete? But, more importantly does anyone have any suggestions for a work around until that feature is available?

  3. Azerty Keyboard

    Hi,

Is it possible to adjust Weydo so I can work with my Belgian Azerty keyboard on Webydo? Now I have to change to a Qwerty Keyboard to be able to use all the numbers.
It would make things easier for me.
    Thx!

  4. PreFab Themes

Where can you browse the themes and their subsequent pages first without actually selecting the design? Only place I've found to browse the themes is when actually creating a new page. Would like to view them before selecting.

  6. Can I delete website in my dashboard once it was published?

Hello, I just want to know, is it possible to delete open websites in my dashboard once it was published through Webydo hosting?

I mean, will the client still able to access the CMS if we deleted it from our dashboard?

    Thank you.

  8. Problem adjusting articles to fit mobile devices

When adjusting my site to fit mobile devices I am having a problem with articles. For example, when I edit the size of the articles to fit on a tablet, it is automatically adjusting them on the main site too! This isn't happening with any of the other elemnts of the site, just the articles -is the any way to resolve this?

  13. Create Custom 404 Error Pages

You can now fully customize your own 404 Error page.

Tip: Design an appealing message on your 404 page so visitors will understand what happened and what they can do next.

You can see ours here: http://www.webydo.com/404/

    How to work it?

    • For new sites: When you create a new site, a “404 Error page” will be part of your page list so you’ll be able to fully design it just like any other page.

    • For existing sites: In your Studio’s “Pages” menu, create a new page and make sure that the URL property is set to www.yoursite.com/404.html

  20. hide .html extension

When published the site editor adds .html page extensions to all pages other than the home page. It would be great to automatically rewrite the URLs to hide these.

This creates SEO benefits and makes the URLs easier to communicate to users.
